Q. What is the price of admissions?

Q. Does the Water Park provide towels?
A. Although we do not provide towels we do have towels for sale in the Splash Store.
Q. What type of swimwear is allowed?
A. Swimsuits are required, no cut-offs, jeans, athletic wear. Swimwear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation are not permitted. SWIMDIAPERS are required for all children not toilet trained.
Q. Can you leave and return to the park later?
A. Yes, the wristband allows you access to the park from open to close for full day passes and from 4 PM to 9 PM for twilight passes.
Q. How can I pay for admission?
A. Cash, Credit cards, debit, gift certificates and SilverBucks. Sorry we do NOT accept personal checks.
Q. Do I still have to pay if I am not going in the water?
A. Yes, we are pleased offer a discounted rate of $10.00 for observers.
Q. Do you offer group rates?

Q. Do you have a place for valuables?
A. It is best to leave them at home. Please don’t bring them into the park, leave them on a table in the park or leave them exposed in your car. Lock money and keys in a locker instead of keeping them in pockets where they may fall out in the rides. Pirate’s Cay Indoor Water Park is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the park or in the parking lots. (Locks are available for a fee plus deposit. The deposit is refunded when the lock and key are returned the same day of rental.) We recommend putting vehicle keys in a locker along with your valuables or securing them in one of our waterproof pouches available at the Splash Store so they don’t fall out of your pocket.
Q. Are there height requirements on any of the rides?
A. Yes, all rides including the playscape slides have height requirements. Each slide or attraction has rules posted in addition to the park rules.
Q. Do you have life jackets and where do I get them?
A. Yes, life jacket stands are located throughout the Park. You may bring your own but may be asked to show the US coast guard approval on the jacket. All flotation devices must have the US Coastguard approval stamp to be used in the park. The use of non-Coastguard approved inflatable personal flotation devices is prohibited.
Q. Do you have kid’s tubes? May I bring my own?
A. All tubes are available for adults and children, no outside tubes are allowed.
Q. Do you have to use 3 or 5 day passes on consecutive days?
A. Yes, all multi-day passes are for consecutive day visits only.
We also have ADD A DAY which can be used anytime for up to 7 days, ADD A Day can only be combined with the purchase of all day regular price admission. Not valid in combination with discount, complimentary or twilight tickets. PLEASE NOTE: Guest MUST keep wristband on in order to use the Add a Day option.
Q. Can I bring food/beverages into the park?
A. Outside food or beverages are not allowed, but we offer food and beverages, at the Wave Café featuring Subway® and Mama Deluca’s Pizza® located in the Water Park recreation building. NO coolers or ice chest of any kind.
Q. Where is the best place to play with my toddler in the park?
A. The Aqua Playscape is fun for all ages.
Q. When’s the best time to come to visit the park?
A. Anytime. Although we do have seasonal operating hours so check with us to see when our season begins and ends.
Q. What do I do if my party gets separated?
A. Alert a Ticketing window agent.
Q. What about water safety?
A. Professionally trained lifeguards are in charge at all times. We have fully certified lifeguards through out the park, as our guest, please obey all instruction from our Guards. The monitoring of your child is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian. Lifeguards are present to ensure the safety of all of our guests. Children 14 years of age and younger found in the park without a parent or guardian will be asked to leave and may not return with out proper supervision.
Q. Do you have changing facilities?
A. Yes, located in the Water Park recreation building.
Q. What about my pet?
A. No pets are allowed in the facility.
